Mukesh Kr. Thakur, FCA

He has overall 14 years of experience in assurance while service with one of the international integrated assurance and advisory firm. He has expertise in various sectors including power, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, service sector, electrical sector, real estates, PSU, PIE, banking sector, mining industries etc.

He is also a consultant in the Indian Corporate Sector. As a consultant, he advises for compliance of Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards to the corporate sector including conversion of books of account from Indian GAAP to IFRS and US GAAP.

He is the sole author of book "Guide to Financial Instruments", published by Taxmann in 2009.

Manas Piyush, B. Com., LLB., DIIT (ICAI) FCA

He has experience of more than 9 years in the field of accounting and assurance with one of the Big 5 assurance firms in India. Apart from this, he has also worked earlier with leading chartered accountant firms in Delhi and handled assignments all over the country. His areas of expertise are assurance, risk advisory, financial and legal due diligence and taxation.

He possesses expertise in corporate legal matters.

He has vast experience in manufacturing sector, real estate, service sector, telecommunication sector, IT sector and Maharatna PSUs. He is known for his professional acumen, integrity and penchant for details.

Hardik Arora, B. Com., DISA, CCGST (ICAI), ACA

He is young, talented and brings along with him dynamism and fresh ideas to the firm.

He is specialist in the field of Audit, Taxation and Financial Consultancy. He has completed his internship with the Indian network firm of Mazars.

During his 3 years stint with Mazars he was involved in several assurance projects covering Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and IFRS Audits for various sectors including power, manufacturing, software development, service sector etc.

He is known for his positive attitude, dedication and eagerness to learn.

Sujit Sah, M. Com., CCGST (ICAI), ACA

With the overall experience of more than 6 years in the field of Audit, Taxation and Accounts, Sujit has expertise in handling International Taxation, Ind AS/ IFRS conversions, US GAAP and audit of large multinational corporates.

He has experience in working with the various Sectors including Renewable, Transport, Defense, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Automation and other manufacturing and service sectors.

He is known for professionalism and right attitude.

Lalan K Singh, B.Com, CS

He is practicing Company Secretary with an overall experience of more than 10 years. He had been associated with one of the multi-national Accounting Firm, where he was responsible for overall corporate law compliances for large multinational companies including listed companies.

He is also having expertise in compliances related to Foreign Exchange Management Act and related practical matters. He is known for professional commitments.
